The bread comes from our own bakery, and so does most of what goes on the sandwich — the dressings, the sauces, the aioli are all made in house rather than bought in. Order ahead for pickup or come up to the counter.

- Yes. Browse the shop or ask the concierge, add to your bag, choose a pickup time, and pay on our site — then collect it at the counter, no line. You’ll get a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link that shows when the kitchen starts your order and when it’s ready.
- What time does ThoroughFare open for breakfast?
- We open at 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends — Mon–Fri 7am–8pm, Sat–Sun 8am–8pm — and breakfast items are available until 11am, after which the full menu runs to close. Availability follows the pickup time you choose, not the time you order, so an early pickup still gets the breakfast menu even if you order it the night before.
