Boilerplate
ThoroughFare is a bakery, café, deli, and market in the Mueller neighborhood of Austin, Texas, from the team behind ThoroughBread (thoroughbreadatx.com). It makes more than 200 products in house — bread, pastry, sandwiches, coffee, and a full shelf of pantry staples — under a Nothing Artificial standard that rules out seed oils, artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, gums, and fillers. ThoroughFare opened in Mueller in 2026 and was voted Best of Austin 2026 Food & Drink Wild Card in the Austin Chronicle Readers Poll. Online ordering for pickup is at thoroughfare.com.
