This is the shelf we make. ThoroughFare started in 2018 as a sourdough bakery, and the habit stuck: more than 200 of the products in the shop are produced by us rather than bought in and relabelled. What lands here is everything on the market shelf carrying our own name — the granola, the cultured butter churned in house, the pickles, the jams, the bakes — resolved from our own production records rather than a hand-kept list, so the shelf is current whether or not anyone remembered to update it. The standard is the one the bakery opened with: simple ingredients, no seed oils, no artificial preservatives, no gums or fillers.
